At Barbaloong, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Shipping Destinations

Barbaloong currently ships to the United States and selected international destinations where shipping services are available.

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination country, carrier coverage, and local regulations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET).

Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping is available on all eligible orders unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

  • Canada, Australia & New Zealand:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–72 hours after shipment.

  • Customers may track their shipment using the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable period after shipment confirmation, please contact us.

International Fulfillment Network

To provide efficient delivery and maintain product availability, Barbaloong operates through an international fulfillment network.

Although Barbaloong is based in Italy, orders may be processed, packed, and shipped from partner warehouses or fulfillment centers located in different countries depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Inventory allocation

  • Customer location

  • Shipping efficiency

  • Logistics requirements

This fulfillment model helps us reduce delivery times and improve order reliability for customers worldwide.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For orders shipped to the United States, additional customs duties are generally not charged upon delivery under normal circumstances.

For orders shipped to other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may be imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are encouraged to review their local customs regulations before placing an order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Photos of the package and product (if applicable)

If tracking information indicates that a package has been lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
