You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items returned without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused by us
Items returned without prior return authorization
Items missing original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not send any return package before receiving approval and return instructions from our support team. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.
Customer Remorse Returns: For returns due to personal preference, such as ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size, or changing your mind, customers are responsible for the international return shipping costs to our return facility in Italy. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Barbaloong will cover the return shipping cost or provide appropriate return instructions.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier you choose.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If a returned item is used, damaged, missing original packaging, missing tags, or otherwise does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@barbaloong.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement, if available
Full refund
Alternative resolution depending on the situation
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide appropriate return instructions.
We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For other cases, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item according to this policy.
If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, bank, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barbaloong.com.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the package, subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
